Description

A dried herbal blend crafted to support seasonal resilience, immune function, circulation, and nourishment during the colder months. This traditional apothecary formula can be prepared at home as a warming herbal tea, a concentrated elderberry syrup with honey, or a classic elderberry elixir with honey and optional brandy.

Elderberry and elderflower form the heart of this winter preparation, traditionally valued for their seasonal immune-supportive properties. Rosehips add naturally occurring vitamin C and antioxidant compounds, while warming ginger, cinnamon, and star anise support circulation, digestion, and the body’s natural warmth. Orange peel and apple pieces bring bright fruit notes and balance the deep berry flavor, while calendula petals add gentle tissue-supportive herbal qualities.

Once prepared, raw honey adds sweetness and traditional throat-soothing support. Brandy is optional in the classic elixir preparation, where it acts as a preservative and supports extraction of a broader range of plant compounds.

Sold as a dried herbal blend so you can complete the final preparation in your own kitchen, with full control over sweetness, alcohol, and shelf life. This is the old apothecary way: the plants are prepared, transformed, and made into medicine by your own hands.
