Ingredients

Suggested Use

Add ½–1 cup of the blend to a warm bath and soak for 15–20 minutes.

For a cleaner bath, place the blend into a reusable muslin bag before adding it to the tub.

As you soak, breathe slowly and set an intention for what you are ready to release and what you wish to invite in. After bathing, hydrate well and apply a nourishing body oil or balm while the skin is still slightly damp.
