Suggested use
Add a handful to a quart-sized jar and cover with hot water. Steep 1 to 24 hours (longer steep yields deeper mineral extraction). Drink 1 to 2 cups daily. Can also be used topically as a skin rinse, bath soak, or hair rinse.

For fastest results, use as a long infusion (4 to 8 hours) in the classic nourishing herbal infusion tradition of Susun Weed. This method extracts significantly more minerals than a short steep.
